Ebook About Boston firefighters Matt Lopez and Eugene “Johnny” Johnson have been best friends for longer than either can remember. The kind of friends who can finish each other’s sentences, who always have each other’s backs, who fit together like hand-and-glove, who don’t keep secrets from each other…Well, maybe just one, but how is a guy supposed to admit he’s into other guys when his best friend is homophobic? Besides, it’s easy for Johnny to keep that particular secret from Matt when girls are just as much of a turn-on as his best friend is.Especially one girl in particular.Eden Evans. She really doesn’t expect to live past her twenty-fifth birthday—not that she can admit that to anyone, since she knows darn well the reason sounds crazy—but still, burning her house down isn’t the way she expected to go. Good thing Boston’s finest were there to buy her a little more time… her and her book. The List. One hundred things Eden’s determined to do before she dies. With three months left and just three things still to check off, she just might make it, too. Especially when the hot firefighters who saved her bucket list from burning offer to help. They also offer her a place to stay while she figures out what to do next… and living with two men who heat her up in all sorts of unexpected ways when she’s got nothing left to lose? It brings out a side of Eden that she didn’t know she had.Suddenly, accepting the hand fate seems determined to deal her is the last thing she wants to do…THREE is a 112,000 word steamy, standalone MMF bisexual ménage romance with no cliffhangers, some heated discussions about camels, even more heat in the kitchen, and three people who find a way to make love work, even when the odds are stacked against them. It’s intended for readers who enjoy explicit scenes of MF, MM, and MMF on the way to the kind of HEA that combines sweet with heat… and doesn’t let up until everybody is fully satisfied.Book Three: MMF Bisexual Menage Romance Review :
This review contains a few spoilers:The book had 372 pages or 5123 locations on my kindle. The book was about 3 people, Matty, Johnny and Eden. Eden was a 24 year old CNA, who believed she wouldn't live past the age of 25. Johnny was a carefree, bisexual fireman, who was in lust with his best friend, Matty. Matty was a straight down to earth fireman. The book contained some decent sex, oral sex with M/F and M/F/M and a bit of anal sex with M/M.My issues with this book. The book was really rushed in the beginining, then it just drags until the end.Eden, Matty and Johnny are living together, the first day the 3 of them meet.Eden is having sex with Johnny, almost from the moment, she enters their home.I did not like the characters.Eden almost burns the house down, while making pancakes, as an after thought calls the fire department, to save the people upstairs. Matty is supposed to the level headed friend, yet the moment, he meets Eden, he's so besotted, he looses what left of his mind and runs into a burning building to save a book.Overall I did not feel any deep connection between any of the characters. The relationship felt forced, but thats just my opinion. Okay, so I give this a 3.5. This book was definitely the best Chloe has written. I loved the plot. I absolutely adored the friendship Johnny and Matty had. They’re going to stick out for me through my many past, current, and future book boyfriends. I even really liked Eden. Was I in suspense for the MM/MMF action ? Fine, I’ll admit it. Yes ! When it finally happened, definitely smoking hot. I was also pleasantly surprised with Matty’s acceptance AND take charge of the relationship. I loved the main characters. I actually liked all of them. It’s rare when an author can do that, and Chloe should be praised for it !That being said, the writing style after a while got to me. I’m not trying to sound pretentious or that I need the characters to wax lyrical. The “or something” in a sentence flat out dumbs it down, and that was written a few times in the very beginning. Just go with the description, and leave out the “or something”. It makes it funnier. The “amirite ?” became repetitive towards the middle of the book, like the “yeah ?”. Biggest offender: “you know ?” was just beyond. I counted 15 “you know ?” in the epilogue alone. Fifteen !I liked the idea of the characters talking to the readers. I even liked how it came off as though the boys didn’t know how to express themselves perfectly. I think that specific dialogue is how Chloe was trying to portray that. However, the writing style turned into something much younger and immature than how the book started. It shifted greatly in the last 1/3 (or so) of the book. I finished the story, because I genuinely wanted to see the outcome with the 3, and I loved the characters. I was disappointed with the characters’ childish internal dialogue. This is coming from someone who has “dude” as a regular in her vocabulary. It took away from the story. P.S. If the main characters spoke the way Matty said his speech, it would’ve been a great way to enhance them.I recommend the book, for sure, but just note to mentally blur out the “or something”, “amirite”, and “you know”, and you’re good ! Thumbs up !
